WorldPay
Masterbuildersonline.com uses WorldPay for most on-line
secure credit card transactions. WorldPay and WorldAccess are two systems
that use the most sophisticated anti-credit card fraud systems available.
You may be asked to provide additional information to ensure this process can validate the transaction.
Always look for the secure connection url header - "https//www.worldpay.com" when making on-line payments.
When you choose to pay on-line you will be transferred
automatically to the WorldPay secure server and there you can enter your
credit card details. THESE ARE NOT SEEN BY US. On completion you will receive
an advice by email from WorldPay that includes our invoice ID. You will then
be taken back to our site where an on-line invoice will be generated with
the correct invoice reference and VAT information. Print this as your hard
copy.
If any transaction fails we are informed by WorldPay and
the invoice is not generated. If, for any reason, we need to refund your
purchase we do so using the WordlPay refund system that refunds your credit
card account directly.
WorldAccess
This is an on-line system using exactly the same security
features of the on-line system. The only difference is that we can input
the details using information you provide us. You can then purchase from
us on-line using a telephone. The conversation is recorded for security purposes
and the transaction results in an invoice as before - except we can post
this to you. The personal details you reveal to us to enable us to carry
out the credit card transaction for you are protected under our registration
with the Data Protection Agency. These details are destroyed once the transaction
has completed.
Paypal
Paypal is also used for certain transactions and their new high security
system gives equal confidence to that of WorldPay. We do not use PayPal
for telephone transactions.
