We only accept payment for advertisements from traders, businesses, trade or official bodies and other similar organisations. These groups may purchase advertisements on-line and upload information to the site using the facilities provided but masterbuildersonline.com retains the right at all times to delete any information without compensation that it deems to be inappropriate or offensive. Free listings may be reclassified or deleted from the site at the sole discretion of masterbuildersonline.com. Any purchase of advertising space, promotional pages and any additional web pages must comply with all our terms of use. Purchased Advertisements, Promotional Pages and Additional Web Pages will be available for display on the site for a period of 12 months from order acceptance and may be revised at any time by contacting masterbuildersonline.com by telephone, fax, email or such web-based online-facilities as may be provided for this purpose but the content of such Pages may not be revised more than once per day using web-based on-line facilities or more than once per month using any other method. Order acceptance is defined as first instance of display on the site when the full annual advertisement fee becomes payable. All advertisement fees are based on an initial non-refundable set-up charge of 90% of the total with the remainder covering administration and maintenance charges divided into 6 equal monthly instalments with the remaining 6 months provided free of charges. Our Invoice Terms are strictly 14 Days Net if payment is not made on-line.

Advertisements purchased on-line using the data entry forms and file upload facilities provided are deemed to be accepted at the time of submission when the full advertisement fee becomes payable and the contract is made.

Refunds
Masterbuildersonline.com will at the discretion of the company management refund the full purchase price of the advertisement to the cardholder or agent in whose name the transaction originally took place if the purchaser is not completely satisfied that an advertisement purchased on-line and displayed on this web site does not appear in the form created by and presented to him during the on-line advertisement creation process and before the purchaser committed to its purchase using the on-line payment system.

We do not provide refunds based on incorrect or inaccurate content as this is created by the purchaser and means are provided to revise this content.

Please contact us on 01672 871531 to request a refund quoting the original order reference number. On acceptance of your refund request your advertisement will be deleted from our web site. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of receiving and accepting your refund request. If we refund your agent you will be responsible for recovering any payments from him.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

No responsibility will be accepted for unauthorised use of copyright material or brands resulting from user data input and all users agree to indemnify Red Queen Limited against any and all claims arising from use or display of copyrighted or branded materials resulting from data input or maintenance of any material used within advertising pages or web pages on this site.
